Kia Connect is the latest evolution in Connected Car & infotainment, which is a testimony of Kia's continual quest to provide advanced technology that makes driving safer convenient & enjoyable.
Once subscribed, you can access Kia Connect services via the buttons on the inside rearview mirror.You can also access other useful features using the Kia Connect menu on the infotainment system.
Kia Connect services are provided via mobile networks, and the use of the service may be restricted depending on the mobile network status.
Check the network signal icon () at the top right of the screen to see if the network signal strength is proper.
Once you sign-up for Kia Connect service, you must activate the service to use it on the system.
On the All menus screen, press Kia Connect ▶ Kia Connect settings ▶ Activate Kia Connect.
If you agree to the terms and conditions, Kia Connect service activation will begin.

button to start the service. Customer and location information, will be transmitted to the Kia Connect Call Centre. A response specialist will attempt to help you contact and forward any pertinent information to the respective authorities.The response specialist will attempt to establish voice communications with you until the respective authorities arrive.
This service provides you with immediate assistance when an accident occurs and an airbag is deployed. If this happens, an Auto Crash Notification (ACN) signal, containing customer, vehicle and location information, will be transmitted to the Kia Connect centre automatically. Once the signal is received, a response specialist will attempt to establish voice communications with you and forward any pertinent information to respective authorities.
If your vehicle is reported stolen, the Kia Connect Call Centre can provide assistance.
Kia Connect Call Centre can provide 3 way communications between driver, the police and a response specialist.
The Kia Connect Call Centre can provide assistance to the police in an attempt to recover the vehicle.
